En este cuaderno incorporamos el número 3, ampliando de esta manera y de forma progresiva el trabajo de la serie numérica, así como la adquisición de la noción de "cantidad". Para abordar de otra forma esta noción, establecemos cuantificaciones globales de conjuntos de objetos (pocos-muchos) e introducimos otro tipo de cuantificador (tantos como), que exige al niño establecer correspondencias. Al final del cuaderno presentamos un juego para repasar, de forma lúdica, los principales contenidos matemáticos desarrollados a lo largo del cuaderno.
