Patricia Anderson had been an author and screenplay writer for many years. She also has extensive background in counseling, particularly with women who find themselves as victims of domestic violence. Patricia has also produced a series for foreign television and will serve as the consultant and producer for the upcoming film made from this book, also called Disappearing Doors. She is represented in: WhoA¢a¬a¢s Who in the World, WhoA¢a¬a¢s Who in America, WhoA¢a¬a¢s Who in American Politics, and WhoA¢a¬a¢s Who in Women in Politics from 1988 until present. Darlene Wallace lived this story. She is now (besides co-authoring this book) a successful wife and mother of two thriving young boys. She is also deeply involved in working with victims of domestic violence, and still regularly attends counseling sessions working for her own full recovery. At present she is also beginning work on creating a place where young people can attend what is called A¢a¬Ahorse therapy,A¢a¬A where handicapped and troubled young people can come every day and learn to ride and deal with horses. Along with this program, she is also considering combining this place with a horse rescue farm.
